JACUQ LTD expressly reserves all rights afforded under the Trade Marks Act 1994 and the UK Intellectual Property Office framework. The HUMAN, SMART and EVOLVE service pillars, including their nomenclature, classification structure, visual identity, delivery methodology and associated branding, constitute protected trade marks. Any unauthorised reproduction, imitation, adaptation or use of these marks, or any element sufficiently similar as to cause confusion, shall be treated as trade mark infringement and may result in formal legal proceedings, injunctive relief and claims for damages without further notice. Payment & Billing
Payments are accepted via secure Credit/Debit card processing through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. All transactions comply with PCI‑DSS security requirements.
Cancellation & Refunds
EXPRESS deliverables are non‑refundable once provided. Subscription cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
