By purchasing, subscribing or accessing any of our services or digital assets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Users must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its functionality or copy any content without permission. All materials, text, visuals and digital assets are protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All custom workflows, digital tools, configurations and frameworks developed by JACUQ LTD remain the intellectual property of JACUQ LTD unless a written transfer agreement is executed. Clients integrating our solutions within their own Microsoft environment retain ownership of their data and licences.

Termination & Handover

Upon termination, clients may request a full handover of configurations and documentation. Handover fees start at £500, depending on technical complexity. Hosted solutions are subscription-based; access ends upon cancellation. Data export can be requested for an additional fee.

Hosted Service Terms

Hosted solutions operate under a SaaS model. Clients have usage rights while their subscription remains active. JACUQ LTD applies data management practices aligned with ISO 27001 principles to maintain confidentiality, integrity and security.

Microsoft Licensing Policy

If clients already hold Microsoft 365 licences, JACUQ LTD integrates directly into their environment. If not, clients may purchase licences via our partner link or use our hosted Azure environment.

Payment & Billing

Payments are accepted via secure Credit/Debit card processing through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. All transactions comply with PCI-DSS security requirements.

Cancellation & Refunds

EXPRESS deliverables are non-refundable once provided. Subscription cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle.

Data Security & Compliance

JACUQ LTD adheres to GDPR principles and implements data protection practices aligned with ISO 27001. Client confidentiality is central to our operations.

Limitation of Liability

JACUQ LTD is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or legal non-compliance beyond the explicit scope of agreed deliverables. Clients remain responsible for the correct application of deliverables within their organisation.
